The photo of Puce Mary and I is actually from a late-night Northside show at Public Assembly that also included Marshstepper, Lust For Youth, Body Of Light, and Pharmakon.
Perhaps- are you sure this is you? I booked the show that I believe I took this shot at… I also hapened that late night showcase as Foreplay and did not take any photos that night that I recall. I may be wrong!
Absolutely positive. Frederikke’s Northside Festival wristband is visible in the photo, and this moment is seared into my memory because I went to that show with a migraine -I just didn’t want to miss that lineup- and within minutes of my arrival she kneeled down and head-butted me and screamed right in my face. Rather than worsening the pain, however, Frederikke somehow sonically blasted it away. Or perhaps. she frightened it away. Great photo.
